My machine has been running DOG slooooow as of late, I have taken active steps by reducing the *.tmp files and cleaning any unwanted files etc on my machine, but it still runs realy slow.

When I shutdown my computer (start--> Turn off computer), it goes through the shutdown process, but I manually have to turn off the machine. How do I change it so I can just push shutdown and not have to worry about anything?

I'm working with a new PC & keep getting this message: The ordinal 77 could not be located in the dynamic link library OLEAUT32.dll. All I did was install Optimmum Online on it and set up my email in Outlook.. It came with Microsoft Office Professional installed. What do I do?

In Control Pannel, I have set the Power options to Never for Stand by, yet the computer periodically shuts down as if on stand by and powers back up in about 30 seconds.
