      I want the XP to log on to domain. But I cannot find where to add and
specify a domain name to the log on page in XP.
      Please suggest how to add a domain to log on page on XP.

I have an IBM T40, which has developed a rather disturbing problem.
I have it set to sleep while im away or close the cover, but
frequently I cannot awake it from sleep - the sleep indicator LED is
lit, and there is disk activity, but the monitor remains dark. I cant

W98 had the great feature of being able to right-click on
an empty spot on the toolbar, and then hit "minimize all
windows."  I just changed to XP and don't see that
feature. How can it be added?

When making a full system backup with the backup program from xp pro, at the
end it asks for a diskette (without possibilty to point to a cd-r or
usb-stick ...). My laptop does not have a diskette drive and the backup
fails. Any suggestions?

I just finished loading XP Pro. I have an ATI 9800 graphics card. When the
OS loaded it did not load any drivers for the ATI. However, it did load some
form of non plug and play type of adapter that does not give the option to
update the drivers, etc. You guessed it....that generic ...

My  screen appears to have flickering thin broken lines running through it
every now and then when i can be using any program or connected to the
internet, all my drivers are up to date...........what causes this?

I just set up windows XP Home SP1 with two user accounts.  I did all my
program installations under my account name but want to have the same
programs show up on my wife's user name.  In other words, I want the same
basic programs and desktop for both users.  How do I do this?  ...

For some reason, I reinstalled windows on my new hard
drive and my folders don't have full address bars. I went
under "view/toolbar/Address" and I still don't have a

We're seeing a really unusual problem after installing
sp2.
I know it is becaus of sp2 because we removed it, tested,

I had the opportunity to view a computer with winxp sp2 installed.
Other then a beefier firewall (don't use this, already have one) it
looks like the biggest change in winxp to IE and OE.  This seems to
bear that out:
