Well reformatting the Drive worked and XP is installed. Now comes the part where I reinstall all the drivers. Does anyone know any good reliable drivers that I should try? (Looking for ones that will let me here audio from music, videos, games, etc...)

Firstly, is it possible to set up automatic updates (for Windows XP and/or application software) to be effective only when a particular user logs on? This would mean that other members of my family would not be bothered by pop-up requests that they find difficult to deal with.

Analyze says I should defrag so I do and it gets to 13% compacting and then says defrag complete. I check analyze and it still says i should defrag. I've done this numerous times with no better results. How can i fix disk defragmenter?
