When the computer is first switched on and my wife logs onto her account she
can send and receive email.  The same applies if I switch on and go to my
account.  However if  either logs off and the other logs on no email can be

I'm trying to help fix a PC running Windows XP that has been crashing for
almost the last year.
Every few months the system crashes with the error message "File Failure -
Cannot load System32\Config\Software corrupt, absent or not writeable.

We get a 4 year old XP machine and it is getting slow.  The HD is always
being accessed (The light is flashing).  Some fellow suggests that it is the

I have a LAN, the problem is whenever i click my workgroup in order to
see computer on the net, even there wasn't any computer except me,
