I'm trying to complete the transition from my old PCs ( yes, that's
plural ), to my new one.  But I'm having a bit of a problem, which
I've never run into before.
My older machine is w2k Pro.  I replaced it in about March, when I

This computer uses Windows XP HOme.  This problem first came about when I got
an update to a webmail program as a *.msp file.  The file started the Windows
Insatller and went part way through the installation and quit with an
Internal Error 2352 showing in the dialog box.  ...

I just did a clean install of XP Pro. When I attempt to access either the D
drive (DVD/CD) or E drive (CD-RW) the following message appears d:/ is not
accessible Incorrect Function.
A search of Microsoft's knowlege base would like to blame the problem on

An employee developed a severe case of diabetes and is now visually
impaired.  He needs to use a magnifying glass to read data on the  LCD
screen.  I requested a 21" LCD monitor for him to use.  What else is out
there that might help him?  Will XP Power Tools help?

Just recently, I went from 20 gig of space to 10gigs of space.  I used
Easy Cleaner to check where my file hogs were, but there still seems
to be a missing 10 gigs of space.  I went into the temp files and
deleted them, but no such luck recovering.  Is there a freeware

I had WinXP Pro crash on me (don't ask me why), so I reinstalled it and
since I had the opportunity I used PowerQuest PartitionMagic to breakdown my
C: Drive into C: & D:, but in the process of doing that I lost power to the
system (again, don't ask me why).
