I understand there is a default Administrator account for XP pro different
from anything I have set up and that it has a default password.  How can I
change that password?  Administrator doesn't show up under user account under
my user defined account with administrator rights.  ...

My Toshiba Sattelite A85 laptop with Windows XP Sp2 Home Edition 'out of the
blue' started to have problems with booting Windows. Initially, I was getting
the following error:
windows\system\vgaoem.fom file is corrupt or missing ... or something close,

Every time I try to use Microsoft Works Task Launcher I get an Error Report.  
When either the 'Send Error Report' or 'Ignore' button is clicked, Microsoft
Works immediately closes down.   I have disabled Error Reporting in My
Computer to no avail, as the error message continues ...

Question about sharing files on a network.  Can users write over each other?19 Sep 2007 22:25 GMT2
All the users have XP and Office.  What keeps them from having the
same document open and writing over each other?  If the first one
opens it does that make other uses read only in XP?  Sorry, didn't
know where to post this.
