Is there any software out there that will copy all of the local profiles on a

Our organization (<100 employees) is looking to upgrade all PCs that are not
XP pro to, well, XP Pro.
All of eth above PC OS'es are eligible for the upgrade and meet minimum
system requirements.

When trying to print certain coupons keep getting message to uncheck "keep
printed documents" in printers properties.  When I go to printers properties
& uncheck & hit apply it does not work. ??????????? HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!

is there a way to tell Eventvwr how long it should hold on to records?
I wanted to look back over a year but it only goes back a few months.  I
know I can't do anything about it now but for future reference I would like
eventvwr to hold information for at least 2 years before ...

it takes four mouse clicks and a series of jumpy eye movements to open the
Tools/Folder Options dialog and toggle between opening all folders in the
same window versus opening them in their own windows.
Is there a more efficient way to toggle between these settings?

I have a user that if they click shutdown it does not shutdown.  I can
create a batch file that has shutdown -f -s or shutdown -s and when the
click on that it works.  Can you tell me how to fix the shutdown button.
