In windows xp user accounts in control panel, i need to add a user in different groups. Please advise how to do that as i dont want to do it in Local users and group in management console. Is that possible to do the same in user accounts in control panel ?

I have two empty files that insist they're system files, but I believe they are the last remenents of Win-Spy which I have finally gotten rid of (mostly!)! I can delete them in Safe Mode, but they come back eventually. Is there a method to make them dissapear permanently???
