when i try to open outlook, i get an error message that says "unable to open
your default email folders.  your profile is not configured."  Then outlook
closes.  how to I fix the problem so i can open outlook?

Well after a few days and many reinstalls, downgrades, and headaches I'm

I found many tools to wipe free space on disk (space left by deleted
files) but found none which also deletes filenames of the files in the
free disk space (these filenames may be seen with any undele tool)
is it possible to also remove filenames ? if so with what tool ?

Have accidently deleted/corrupted a particular Windows XP file, (in this
case, "System Tools"),
which shows up empty and am attempting to restore it with the restore disk.

My win98 hdd basically crashed or have clicking sounds when I boot up and I

His wallpaper is plain black.(not by choice). In Display Properties,
highlighting a wallpaper does not work and the arrow keys to move the
wallpaper list of choices up and down does not work.

Hi, every time I boot up I have a balloon which tells me I have files
waiting to be written to CD.
Firstly. how do I remove the files waiting in the "files waiting to be
written to CD" folder.

I have Flight Sim 2004 and Flight Sim X and I have sound on both but I have
NO ATC sound.  I have the writing but no Voice for the ATC.  Any Idea's?

When I search MS word files, my documents show a lot more files (which I can
even open) but when I open it by double click, fewer files are seen.  what is
the reason.   thanks for help.
