I've always been a skeptic when it comes to technology, especially
computers and the Information Age. I used to think it was crazy how
people would put their total faith into a machine, some even more so

just recently my PC freezes when it hibernates.
the monitor light goes yellow and the screen goes blank.
when i press a key the monitir light goes green and the screen
lightens up i little bit, but stays blank.

I have an issue I hope some one here can help me with I need to edit

When I try to open the C: drive from my computer, an open with application
comes up, but the C: drive opens through windows explore.
To my knowledge this screen only comes up if windows cannot find a specific
program to open it up with.

Every time myself or any of my users log off or shutdown our

application in question is always cmd.exe.  Does anyone know the cause

I have a file, sample.chm. This file opens in my other pcs but in my winXP
