Win XP2 My system downloads updates for .NET Framework 3.0 Service Pack 1 (KB929300) everytime I loggin, but after trying to install it stops with message that it was not installed. Any reasons? Thanks.

When starting up windows the folder "Program" also starts up. I think this is annoying, but I haven't figured out how to stop that. Please help!

I have logged into a pc as domain admin and in System->Advanced->User Profiles->Settings, I have highlighted the local profile of a domain user but the 'Copy To' button is disabled. How can I copy this domain user's local profile to a local user's profile?

I notice that when I do Miscrosoft updates, that the installation is 'automatic'. That is, the update is done without interventions. What if I want to just download a give update for later installation? Can I do that? How?
