I just got me a brand new Computer. And, of course, I need to reconfigure it
to make it compatible with my personal quirks. Looking around inside the
settings, I found out my 'Automatic Updates' are turned of. But I seem not to
be able to turn it on again.

I have this problem on my home computer as well as the computer at

I was wondering if there is a place where all used drivers are stored and if
i did a clean reinstall could I back up this location for the devicies
drivers to be installed after the clean install?

I can not get Add/Remove Programs to work in SafeMode. I get an error saying
