Hi.  We have an XP Pro (fully updated) user connecting with laptop to a win
2003 server (wired connection, no vpn.)  We've used the Offline Folders
option to give the user offline access to several folders from a network
drive.

Hi all. I have an internal DVDRW that works fine - read/write, autoplay etc.
I picked up a new LG GSA-H55N USB External DVDRW today. It works fine, BUT
it will not autoplay DVDs. Other media (mixed, slideshows etc) autoplay. I
just can't get this to do so with DVDs.

I have 195 MB temp files in my Windows temp folder and 6.75 MB in the
Windows Downloaded Programs file.  The files in the DPF folder are dll and
various other type files.  The ones in the Temp fold are all temp files.
Can I safely delete this files. Using Windows XP Home (OEM).  ...

My Windows XP Home SP2 works just fine in normal mode. However, it won't boot
in any of the safe modes. It will load a list of drivers ending with mup.sys
and then reboot.
I can't say what all has happened to this system that may cause this because

I'm having major issues with playing back any sounds on my computer.
Everything coming from the computer sounds as though it's slowed and broken.
