I upgraded from XP Home to XP Pro and now NF 2.0 and 3.0 service Pack 1 will not install and my Quickbooks Pro 2008 will not open. I did uninstall IE 7 before upgrading. All of the other Security updates installed without a problem. What do I do to solve this problem?

When I explore this cd, there are folders namely mpegv, segmeny,vcd, And in mpeg folder is the avseq01.dat file.Now, how can I VIEW THIS CD, I have the dvdrw and power dvd programs install in my win xp home sp2. Many thanks for yourhelp.
