When i try to select a image as my background a message comes telling me
that the file C:\WINDOWS\system32\mshtml.hlp could not be found and then
there is only a white color as my background. I hope you can help.

I have two hard drives. one with Xp (C Drive)  and other with Vista (F

I can browse C drive from within Vista with no problems but when I try to

I made a backup of my system disk image and installed sp3. No apparent probs
or difficulties except one. Since installing sp3, sometimes when my pc starts
going into standby, I get the "going into standby" screen but he pc hangs
there, hangs interminably and can only be regained ...

I'm running Windows XP and it seems that once I reach some limit I can
no longer open more windows applications. For example, I can only open
so many internet explorer instances. What gives?

fresh boot I can stick a disk in a drive and Autoplay works, the icon in My

Each time I start my computer the "auto-hide" feature is selected and my bar
hides. I set it not to hide and lock the bar, but after the pc is restarted

Having installed SP 3 went to Windows Update as I usually do at least once a
month and low and behold the scan for updates for my system returned 0 ? I
suppose I don't need the latest updates (KB 941644-KB 943485 ).  Anyone have
