When I bring up add/remove programs it only displays the first six
(alphabetically) programs on my system. It does show all of the icons,
buttons, etc. However, when I click on the last of the ones being displayed
it clears all of the programs off and I get a gray screen with ...

I have a brand new laptop, with 3G of RAM. For some reason when memory usage
