I have a Dell that is running XP Service Pack 2 and up until about a month
ago I had no problems at all.  Now I am about ready to dump this thing and
get a MAC....

Small network.  4 x XP SP2 PCs which used to be connected to a Small
Business Server 2000 server which had Microsoft's ISA firewall
running.
The server was replaced by a Small Business 2003 Server.

I neede to replace a motherboard and I do not want to reibnstall windows.  I
have a piece of software that cannot be reinstalled and is no longer
available.  My old MB used HALACPI.DLL and the new motherboard wants
HALAACPI.DLL.  Can this be replaced by simply turning system ...

I downloaded a file Norton_removal_tool.exe from Symantec, and when I try to
run it, it gives me an error saying it is not a signed file and will not
run.
