My C drive was nearly full and I found that my Temp file (not Temp Internet
Files) had over 23GB of crap in it.  Can I limit the size of this file?

I'm using Windows XP SP2. I tried to install Silverlight and Zune Software.
Installation process of Zune Software crashes in the beginning. Silverlight
setup said that I should get SP2 first. So I decide to download it. When I
try to install SP2 it says that I already have SP2 ...

When I open RDP and click the drop down for IP addresses, there are a large

I am in hopes that someone can help me with this problem. I dual boot with

I rebooted after some MS updates (not sure which ones were on it) and after
shutdown, the PC did not restart.
I've checked the power cords, everything looks fine but the computer is dead.

Whenever I install my spsp2 disc I always do a lot of minor changes to make
it work the the I want it to.
Is it better to go ahead and do that before I insall sp3 or should I install
sp2 and then immediately install sp3 and then do the changes?

Whenever I am using Windows Explorer, and I go to "My Pictures" and double
click on a picture, I want to change the default from executing "Paint Shop
Pro" to execute the "Microsoft Office Picture Manager".  How do I do that???
