I like my folders to open to Details ,but for all my pictures I would like

I am using Windows XP Professional and I am trying to copy some pictures to a
CD. My drive has recently been giving me this error message when I try to
access the drive with an empty CD in it:
D:/ Is not accessible

What is safe to delete in xp mce's temp directory? The files there? The
contents of directories like content.ie5 ? I want to get the cookies and
history and garbage files left behind out of the temp directory.

Updating a laptop build and included SP3 installed through Microsoft Update.
Ran sysprep, then Ghost. System will no longer accept volume license key. Saw
similar mentioned in other threads. Any help?

I am limited to 8 GB on my C: drive because I have to be able to boot Unix
from within the first 1024 virtual cylinders.
I generraly can get around 1GB free on drive :
SP3 install runs to near completion but then reports a space problem and

When I insert a blank CD in the CD unit, a "Nero Burning ROM" window opens.
I need the system ask me what I want to do.

System is running Windows Xp Professional.  System was running perfectly

I am running Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 2 - when I go
to Start > Control Panel> Windows Firewall> in the general screen it is all
gray and when I go to the Exceptions tab it says "Your network administrator
is using Group Pilicy to control these settings"  ...

I have XP home edition.
I want to make a wireless connection - when I open Network Connections from
the control panel there is nothing there.
The folder is blank.

I was not constantly watching the screen during install, after
completion it asks for password to logon. What might it have assigned as
a password on its own since it never asked me for one?
