My mothers pc will not boot up after SP3 was installed.
She gets to the screen before XP Home boots asking if she wants to go to
Safe Mode, etc.  But when a option is selected it states to insert the setup
disc and press "R" to try to correct a corrupted or missing system file.

Just wondering, is sp3 eating up all my ram or not.   Since windows updated
it to my pc, The pc is painfully slow, (like 6 minutes to reach my desktop,

Some process is making repeated attempts (every 5 seconds or so) to
connect to ip: 216.168.41.231 TCP ports 135 and 524.
That ip appears to belong to Digital Forest in Seattle, WA.  Digital
Forest appears to be a web hosting company.

I have a small hard drive (C) and it’s almost full.  Can I cut & paste files
from C to another internal drive (E)?  I know if I move software I may have
to reinstall it.  Otherwise can I cut & paste larger information like JAVA
and Dell Driver files?

are found in range and my laptop is next to my router.  WiFi is found easily
