The cmd prompt command FTYPE doesn't work as per the "/?" help documentation. It says that if you type the command with an associated file type, it will delete the open command string for that file type. But it doesn't work. For example, if I enter:

I have a PC which has 3 users. My user id has admin priviliges as I am the main user. One user has limited priviliges, but for complicated reasons, the last user also has admin priviliges to allow her to run certain things.
