The cmd prompt command FTYPE doesn't work as per the "/?" help
documentation. It says that if you type the command with an associated
file type, it will delete the open command string for that file type.

I have a PC which has 3 users.
My user id has admin priviliges as I am the main user.
One user has limited priviliges, but for complicated reasons, the last user
also has admin priviliges to allow her to run certain things.

About a week after installing XP3, I have a problem with the 'Windows
