When I run Ping from the DOS command prompt, the Ping data returns in a DOS
window........but the window closes after it finishes.  How do I keep the
DOS window open after it finishes so I can view the data?

i have tried the alt+spacebar and then move to try to get control of a window
that is open but off of the viewable monitor.  I have used the arrow keys and
it won't move, but i know it's there when i doubleclick the window on the
