A while back I had my keyboard making sounds that mimic the letters on the keypad that I pressed. I know I wasn't imagining it, but I can't figure out what series of keystrokes I typed/mistyped to make that happen. How did I manage to get those sounds?

We wanted to block access to web sites from one of our office computers. I found something in gpedit.msc that enabled me to block a program so I entered iexplore.exe. That worked but all prgrams are blocked - including gpedit.msc! Now what?
