A while back I had my keyboard making sounds that mimic the letters on the
keypad that I pressed.  I know I wasn't imagining it, but I can't figure out
what series of keystrokes I typed/mistyped to make that happen.  How did I

iexplore.exe. That worked but all prgrams are blocked - including gpedit.msc!

I have lost all my sounds on my computer, I have not changed anything that I
know of but for some reason all sounds have gone, I have windows xp home

I have Windows XP SP2, with firefall enabled.
I was previously infected with a virus that prevented me from accessing
hotmail, yahoo mail, gmail, or even windows live mail. Also could not use
MSN Live Messenger (however was able to use Trillian).
