When I go to Printers and Faxes I get an error about the
Spooler SubSystem App has encountered an error and
must close...
I'm unable to add any printers or delete any existing printers

 I read an earlier article that in one of the later Beta versions that the
SP3 upgrade had rendered Media Center inoperative.
 Does anyone know if this current SP3 upgrade has resolved this issue? I
would hate to lose my TV capability.

In the past, there was Sound Icon sitting at the right bottom of System
Tray, but recently it's gone.
Sound-Icon is quite a handy because there is a handy feature, from 'mute' to
'loud' by just one click.

I've got a nice Dell Precision Laptop (4-5 months old) and I just got a
docking station for it (direct from Dell). The laptop (XP Pro SP2) works
fantastically when you boot it up while in the dock or stand-alone, but

whenever i visit a web site there are loads of  blank red  squares  on the
page instead of thumbnails or pictures.
is this normal or is there a reason for it ?
i have microsoft xp. and my i.s.o is virgin media.

My touchpad doesn't work in normal mode.  To use my laptop I have to startup
in safe mode.  I tried to install the drivers, follow manufacturer
recommendations regarding basic troubleshooting and still doesn't work

Ok, since my other computer has been so dam slow because of virus(yes really
slow.. 1 hour to even start it up) i decided to reformat.
i recently got this new windows xp reformat CD
i did all the incstructions and after it formatted my computer, it said
