alll programs that have a white background show up in columns of yellow, they still print with white backgrounds, I have up to date drivers, XP3 & current anti virus. How can I fix this problem?

My pc reboots everytime I select a user account. I cannot even get to the start menu. I believe that the PC was infected with a virus and I am hoping there is a way to get into the system to remove it. Any ideas?

I can no longer input in Chinese. Can't remember for sure but this may have been so since I reinstalled a few months ago. Alt+shift still brings up CH keyboard, and Chinese continues to display correctly, but when I try typing it doesn't come out as Chinese.

When to the run box.. typed "ntbackup" I chose to backup the c: drive. When it asked for a location there is a folder called Backup's on a server. I found it by clicking browse. Path is \\server\backup's\ I canceled to see if I needed to back up the entire c: drive or not. Now
