I'm about to install Acronis True Image 11 Home from a CD on my Dell
Dimension running Windows XP SP3. I also have Norton Internet Security. I'm
guessing I should disable Norton and turn off my DSL modem for the time it
takes to install the new program. Right?

I'm getting cable installed for my ISP.  I already have cable for TV.  My
question is should I have the installer install a new run from the green
junction box or just put a splitter on my current line.  I do have about 5
takeoffs for TV's on the current line already.
