I have bought a new computer and would like to know if I can transfer my old
hard drive to this new computer (as the master drive) with everything
installed on it. Or do I have to make a clean install and does the new
computer accept my Windows XP license

i got a virus may28 and it messed my laptop all up
and i cannot restore to a date before then?? -- how can i restore my pc to a
date between may14 and may29?????

I have been unable to get the paperport printer to install correctly.
XP Pro SP2, as an upgrade. One group of attempts with paperport and the
printer in place and another with them removed prior to upgrade. The version
of paperport, 7.02.006 Deluxe and 7.02.02 Deluxe install OK ...

I tried using the repair option and it gives the BSOD. then reboots.
I can do a clean install, but that will wipe out all my programs.
Why won't the repair work ?  I have tried this serveral times over the years
and it never works.  It always crashes.

Hello I am hoping to write a small text on how to turn off file and printer
