I am running XP Home SP 2.  When I boot up Windows, I get the following

Now i want to add my old disk to system in one of the slots available( this

I have 2 hard drives. Vista home premium sp1 64bit was installed on the
first and I just installed windows xp pro on the second drive.
now i can't get into vista anymore even when selecting that hard drive for
the boot drive in my bios. i only can boot into xp.

These both happen on one laptop sometimes:
1. Windows Explorer freezes when changing navigation from one folder to
another. Sometimes it will recover itself after a minute or so. Or we can
click close to stop non-responding program. The desktop shell then restarts
