When Windows XP starts up there are multiple folder windows that open after
startup. They have to be manually closed everytime.
Any ideas how to correct/fix this problem?

My system:  Microsoft Window XP
Home edition  Version 2002 Service Pack 2
Sony Vayo - DVD/CD-Rom DRIVE  Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-15
The drive does not appear on  'My Computer', and it is crossed out on Device

I have XP Home SP3
What is Indiv01.tmp which I cannot delete as ir says it is a system file?
It is in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\DRM\Cache

Sorry if im posting in the wrong area here.
Im experiencing a problem that is boggling my mind on biblical proportions.
