How do you copy a screen from the computer to save or print. Like when you are in your contrl panel, and you want a to save or print it. You used to just right click and save to your clipboard. Now you can't do that??

When I run disk defragmentor I get a message stating that not all files could be defragmented and I should review the report to see the files that could not be defragmented. But when I view the report there are no files listed. Any thoughts?

Is there a utility that can check whether the CPU in any PC is 32-bit or 64-bit capable? AMD labels its CPUs as 64 (almost all they make) but one has to delve into specs for an Intel CPU to check whether it is 64-bit capable.

Am certainly glad I checked the messages re: the "upgrade" before I downloaded/installed the "SP3 update"!! I am NOT a computer person - so when (not "if") this "update" screwed up my computer .... I would have to have somebody come out - or me untangle it

When I try to schedule a task, I am prompted for my password. I do not have any passwords enabled. When I try to proceed, I get this error: "0x80070005 Access is denied. You do not have permission to perform the requested operation".
