I have upgraded a computer from xp home to xp pro but I only have
administrator and limited user accounts available. I need to have power users
group available. How can I get that?

What should I do to fix this?  I have defrag and cleaned the c drive. I have
removed ralerly used files and applicaitons and I can't get any relief. C
