Every now and then my Internet Explorer flickers on and off usually when I am deleting browsing history, It's only just started happening a few weeks ago. Is there a fix for this or can I uninstall it then reinstall to fix the problem. Thanks for any help in advance.

I'm not clear whether I need SP3 or not. They are going to add it to Auto Updates today. I have XP SP2 and have been loading the updates. I thought SP3 was just a lot of patches, which had already been available through Windows Update. Hence I wouldn't need it.
