I've never used powertoys before and have in fact just heard about them. Before I even try something though(software-wise), I like to hear others' experiences. So: 1. Any known bugs/difficulties using them?

Have lost Hibernate icon in "turn off computer" and have read some of the N.G. advices that it would return by completely installing SP3. After installing SP3, hibernate icon did not return. Did I do something wrong? Thanks for any helpful advice.

Is there a compression program that can compress files to a very small size? I mean I need a program that can make a 100MB file --> 50MB or less if possible. I tried WinRar, WinZip, and KGB Archiver. But they r not effective. Thanks for help

I have a text file that 8 numbers per row separated by a space with a carriage return after the last number in the row. How can I insert a carriage return after each number in the text file so I only have 1 number per row. In other words I want to change:

I recovered some files recently from a drive I couldn't access after a recent upgrade to XP SP3 and when I open the txt file, which I originally wrote in Notepad, the text itself is, well, messed up. Is there anyway to recover the text from these files? A different setting?

XP Pro, SP2. Have disk. Retail version. Not OEM. I have a exclaimation mark in my network adapters on the "Packet scheduler miniport 4". It says "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)".
