My Excel 2007 spreadsheet has been "Not Responding" for HOURS.
I can hear the hard drive spinning (at various speeds) but, on the PC,
the green activity light (indicating that data is being written to or
read from the hard drive) has been flashing very infrequently.

been using PSP X2 since it came out last October .. all of a sudden when I
close it out off the desktop.. it remains 'open' in Task Manager'.. the only
way to reopen it is to 'End Process'.. or do  a reboot..
any fixes available..

Had a virus attack and have cleaned it using McAfee including a full scan in

Lately, when I attempt to go to a web link embedded in an email, Outlook
Express locks up. When I use Task Manager to get out, OE closes and the
computer locks up, requiring a restart. Going to a link by any other means
causes no problem. Any ideas?

there was an error and had to close (says something about app conflict in
info sent to Microsoft).  I believe that the program I wanted to uninstall is
the problem, but not sure.  Then I went to RESTORE ...

I cannot get my files and settings transfered.  It keeps telling me that the
file specified for transfer does not contain any information.  I can clearly
see that it does but it's all .dat so I can't read it.  Can anybody help?
