I am not clear how I got this message but it pops up on start up.  I would be
grateful for some help to clear this message.

I am using IIS in XP as a localhost to develop and test websites with ASP.NET.
I have set up successfully many virtual directories with .uk suffixes which
all work.  But if I set up a virtual directory with a .com suffix it browsing
to localhost/domain.com gives Page not found ...

I have XP Media Center Edition 2002, with SP 3. I had a hard time updating
the computer with the SP3, but once it worked (following the Windows support
links for update issues), a new problem started on my system:

When I go to "options" and check "turn discovery on". I get an error message

We have Microsoft FTP server installed on Windows XP SP3 machine. Machine
