I want to make another program start, once I start the first program. I tried
using task manager, I have the trigger set as "On an Event.......On Event -

When I plug in the USB thumb drive and go to My computer to open the drive,
it does not displayed the folders and files, the system asks what program to
use to open it.  The work around is to use Windows Explorer to open the
folders and files.

When this dialog is called, my application becomes non-responsive for 3-1/2
